A: The average delivery time is 5 to 10 days. Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to you.
This unique business model allows us to significantly reduce storage and transport costs, enabling us to offer lower prices than competitors — while also covering all shipping costs ourselves.
Q: The estimated delivery time has passed — where is my order?!
A: In 99% of cases, orders arrive within the expected delivery time.
However, occasionally a shipment may be delayed during transit.

Q: Some items from my order are missing. Why?
A: We work with several suppliers, which means items may be shipped separately.
If part of your order is missing, the remaining items usually arrive within 2–3 days.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: We cover the shipping costs entirely for every order.
Exchanges & Returns
Q: I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
A: Yes. You may return any order within 14 days, no explanation required.
Q: I want to return a product — what do I do?
A: If you're not satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return it within 14 days of receiving your package.
Products must be returned in original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Items must not show signs of use.
A return must always include a Track & Trace number.
The sender is fully responsible for the shipment.
Once we receive your returned items, we will refund your purchase amount within 14 days.

A: Tracking information becomes available once the package has been registered by the shipping carrier.
